1. Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering Degree with 5 years of experience or Diploma with 10 years of experience
Experience in a factory orother engineering industry like sugar plants, tea plant etc.
Responsibilities:
Will be able to lead a team of foremen, welders, fitters, riggers and helpers to carry out the routine maintenance as per established company practice.
Ensure Safe work practice and should have knowledge of major safety precautions to be taken during work.
Fix break-downs of any CAT equipment, should be able to identify the route cause and work out the corrective and preventive actions quickly & carry out the appropriate mechanical maintenance of equipment.
Implement planned mechanical maintenance
Preparation of daily checklist and compliance daily review for any abnormality. Daily plant round and observation reporting to all concerned.
Monitor staff performance & recommend appropriate training and development
Should be able to prepare the procurement specifications of spare parts required to repair the mechanical equipment in the plant , and initiate the procurement action, do follow up so that the spare parts are received on time.

2. LAND SURVEYOR
Responsibilities
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.
Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 3 years experience of working as Land Surveyor.
Experience in road constructions.
