JOB PROFILE
This senior position and the successful candidate is expected to be fast leaner and be able to work independently in busy environment. The person is expected to be a fully qualified Tanzania professional who is a hard worker and commuted to the call of duty
THE FOLLOWING RE THE DUTIES ASSIGNED TO THIS POSITION
- Book keeping, accounting and reporting
- Implementations of the internal control systems as design by the board of management
- carry out treasury functions i.e cash control, bank reconciliations hatch reconciliations etc
- Stock accounting and management this include parent stock
- Budget monitoring control
- fixed asset register maintain an up to date register that ties to the accounts book record in terms of net book Value and deprecation
- tax accounting for tax reporting and compliance
- Payroll administration of payroll, salary payments accounting for the deduction and settlement
- In charge of overall technical financial advisory roles that include analysis of budgetary trends cash flow and expenditure/burn rates
In charge of audit and regulator procedures for the organizations
EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- CPA full qualification and registered with NBAA
- Bachelor degree in either accounting finance, taxation or auditing
- Over 3 years working experience in busy business enterprise
- be a a result oriented person
