SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (3 Posts)
Reports to: Director of Legal Services
Brief Job Description
The position of Senior Legal Counsel consists of representing clients in court and in administrative proceedings and meetings on behalf of the firm; Assisting the Director of Legal :· Services in coordinating, monitoring and evaluation the implementation of departmental plans.
Qualifications and Experience
Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) in Commercial and
Corporate Law or International Arbitration or Conflict of Laws. ·
Licensed to practice law as an advocate of the High Court
PhD is an added advantage
Minimum of six (6) years work experience as an advocate of the High Court
Outstanding track record of performance in the legal field
Experience in mediation and negotiation with a confident and measured approach to conflict resolution
Desired Qualities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong presentation skills
Effective use of computer systems for the generation of professional reports
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professional accountability
Ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks as well as manage competing priorities to tight deadlines
Must follow strict ethical guidelines and client confidentiality rules.
Ability to work under pressure during crisis and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.

Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)
Masters Degree of Laws (LL.Ml is an added advantage
Licensed to practice law as advocate of the High Court.

DRIVER (4 posts)
Reports to: Administration Manager
Brief Job Description
The position of driver consists of safely driving the firm’s motor vehicles.
Qualifications and Experience
Form IV; with Clean Driving License and two (2) years of driving experience.
Motor Vehicle Driving Certificate from the National
Institute of Transport (NIT) or equivalent recognized institution.
Possession of Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics is an added advantage.
Ability to monitor and give full attention to the vehicle while driving to ensure the vehicle is working properly.
Requirements
Must be Tanzanian national with not less than 25 years
Must be reliable,responsible and dependable.
Must maintain composure, keeping emotions in
check, controlling anger and avoiding aggressive behavior, at all times.
Must be pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good -natured and cooperative attitude
