Join our team at the NEW Melia Serengeti as Assistant Financial Controller. Tanzania.
Your main mission will be to ensure the achievement of financial, quality and hotels operational objectives through administrative, treasury and controlling actions and to safeguard the hotel`s assets. You will be responsible for analyzing the monthly financial results in order to determinate the situation of the balance sheets and the correct allocation of income and expenses to the operating accounts. Prepares strategic information for the hotel’s General Manager and Headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 year experience in similar positions at 4*/5* hotels.
Previous experience at 5* hotels and/or all inclusive resorts will be highly valued.
Previous experience in Africa, Maldives, Seychelles will be consider an asset.
Excellent Knowledge on SAP/Opera/Micros
Dynamic and self motivated.
High level on English.
Good organization and communication skills and analytical thinking
