Job Summary
ICT officer will be responsible for implementing, managing and troubleshooting the bank’s existing network and networked systems. Ensuring optimum performance, availability and security of the bank’s server, infrastructure, databases and the communication systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Operates, provides instant support and deals with trouble shooting in the existing systems e.g.branch operations, e-mail, internet banking, SMS banking, power severs, PCs, swift, signature,and the like are in a good running order and provide support where necessary.
• Participate in the development of project of the IS related technical aspects.
• Perform trouble shooting as they arise.
• Maintain and ensure that disaster procedures are adhered to
• Analyze, customize, test and upgrade the new patches or existing patches of various systems.

JOB TITLE: TREASURY MANAGER

Job Summary
To oversee the Treasury operations of the Bank. To play a key role in the effective management of the balance sheet and associated risks through value adding strategies in country. To play a key role in generating, evaluating and making recommendations on Treasury business and ALM strategy to the Managing Director. To have accountability and responsibility for the economic profit performance of the Bank. To ensure that governance and Treasury best practice is evident in all aspects of the Treasury function in country.
Duties & responsibilities
• Implement the capital management strategies for TWB to ensure bank meets Regulatory Capital requirements and capital managed optimally
• Provide an overview of financial risksthe bank is exposed to and provide input to Balance Sheet Management Committee / ALCO meetings regarding the management of financial risks.
• Proactively manage all interest rate risks associated with the gathering of liabilities and assetswithin the country operation where this is the direct responsibility of treasury
• Ensure that the liquidity of the bank meets bank/regulatory requirements at all times

Job Summary
Responsible for initiating, developing and ensuring the implementation of appropriate Human Resources and Administration policies and procedures to ensure that the bank attracts, motivates and retains the right caliber staff, facilitating the alignment of TWB’s organization, people and culture to its strategic business plan, through the provision of services in all aspects of Human Resources Management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop appropriate human resource/administration policies and procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
• Prepare budget in area of influence, obtain approval and control expenditure within budget.
• Monitor the compensation and benefits trends in the market to ensure bank’s benefits are fair and consistent and advise management accordingly.
• Prepare recruitment plans, coordinate the recruitment, induction, placement and overall manpower planning for the bank.
• Coordinate the performance management system of the bank and ensure its implementation by all business units.
• Guide management and staff on all matters relating to industrial employee relations.
• Coordinate the capacity building strategies for the bank and monitor bank’s training programs.

Job Summary:
