The company is looking for the energetic dynamic and proactive Tanzanian to fill the following vacant post
1.0 DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
1.1REPORTING RELATIONSH
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be reporting to the interim chief executive office of the company
1.2 JOB PURPOSE
The deputy chief executive officer will be responsible for the overall management of the leather industries project including implementations’ of short and long term strategic plans oversee general business operations of the company and manage financial physical resources and human resources. From the time to time the assistant chief Executive Officer will collaborate with experts and technical teams from the country and abroad in expediting various projects such as installations of factory equipment and any other necessary undertaking
1.3 JOB SPECIFICATIONS
The deputy chief executive officer will be a holder of a bachelor degree in industrial engineering business administrations, finance economics public administration, or related fields from recognized institutional and shall have at least 10 years working experience and qualifications in the lather industries or related works. A Masters Degree and specifications qualification in the lather industries is an added advantage. The incumbent will be innovative self-driven with good business analytical skills strong communications skills and must have a proven a knowledge in strategic leadership
1.4 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Oversees general business operations of the company including management, financial, physical resources and human resources
ii. Oversees procurement of goods works and consultancies for a smooth operations of the company business
iii. Ensure availability of raw materials for a smooth operational of the plant
iv. Put in place and strategy for marketing and sales of karanga Leather industries CO. LTD products within and outside the country
v. Design and operationalize the company internal business process ( financial procurement and administrative) to easy the implementations of company operations
vi. Promote institutional accountability timely decision making and effective communications within the company
vii. Any other relevant duties that will drive the business to success
2.0 ACCOUNTANT
2.1REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The accountant will be reporting to the intern accountant
2.2 JOB PURPOSE
The company accountant will be responsible for the proper financial management for the company, this including risk analysis and financial forecasting preparing business plans financial statement budgets and reports controlling company accountant will also be responsible for analyzing monthly and annual financial reports developing and managing financial reports, developing and managing financial and accountant systems and administrations the accountant will be responsible for overseeing human resource and administrative functions including human capital recouping welfare estate management employee medical service and occupational health and safety matters
2.3 JOB SPEFICATIONS
The accountant will be a holder of a bachelor degree in Finance accounts economics statistic business administration’s or related fields from a recognized institutions and shall have at least 6 years experienced in the lather industry or related masters . Masters in respective disciplines will be an added advantage must possess CPA or related professional qualifications from recognized institutions
2.4 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. To prepare financial statement and financial reports
ii. To monitor compliance with legal accounting and auditing requirements
iii. To supervise preparations and consolidations of the company budget
iv. To supervise budget performance reviews and develop and evaluate appropriate financial systems and procedure
v. To process payment line with procedure as set in the financial regulations and coordinate external audit exercise
vi. To approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information’s systems of the company
vii. Assist to coordinate procurement of goods works and consultancies for a smooth operationalizations of the company business
