The ideal candidate will oversee production operations, processes and equipment to ensure that approved specifications are being met and do necessary adjustments to processes or operations to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standar
Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling and sanitation activities
Use continuous improvement methodologies and projects to improve and streamline quality processes
Ensure all Internal and external Safety, Health and Environment Policies and Standards are in place
Manage policy deployment in the area of Food Processing and Manufacturing techniques, quality control, finance, Health and Safety

Ensure effective communication, training and development to employees on areas of Safety, Health and Environment.
Analyse quality results through monitoring of products standards, testing and implementation of quality standards.
Ensure hygienic conditions of both the factory & workers are maintained.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Line Manager.

Qualifications
Degree in Food Science, Production Technology, or BSc in Science Chemistry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the development and implementation of the program MEL Plan to capture project performance and results.
Ensure high-quality implementation of M&E component, in close collaboration with the Directors, and consistency in protocols, information and reporting systems
Establish MEL processes with each implementing partner, three to four vocational training centers and an entrepreneurship partner, working closely with their M&E and program staff

Develop, in collaboration with implementing partners, the MEL component of capacity strengthening plans and support their successful implementation
Develop and manage the flow of data and information for the program that will ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance results
Ensure quality of data through data verification procedures, including routine data quality audits.
Analyze results to provide clear and accurate conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders to guide decision-making
Conduct targeted evaluations and operations research, including design, data collection, management and analysis
Cultivate strategic MEL relationships and alliances, and represent MEL activities in public and professional circles through meetings, conferences, and presentations
Supervise M&E Officer and/or other assigned staff.
