An amazing opportunity for Sales Trainer to join a team of professionals in renewable energy company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales methodology, process, vertical knowledge, and proven sales success to train and scale ideas, behaviour and best practices. The position is be based in Mbeya with frequent trips to rural location in Tanzania or abroad.

Job Description 
Prepare new sales agents by conducting initial sales training, developing coaching plans.
Determine training needs by visiting the field and work with sales team, observing sales planning and reporting
Participating in piloting programs, assist other regions as needs may arise.
Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions
Participate in improving sales training effectiveness by sharing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available
Accomplish sales training and organization mission by achieving related results as needed.
Work with the Learning and development manager on improving the sales training effectiveness by monitoring, evaluating and assessing the sales training impact.
Provide continuous communication and prepare monthly reports on the sales training progress
Develop and maintain relationships with all the business stakeholders and act as a company ambassador at all time
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and related books

HEAD OF RISK & COMPLIANCE

Job Description 
Developing Enterprise Risk Management strategies and disseminating appropriate risk management practices for the Bank.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and playing a key influential role towards the formulation of industry policies and standards in liaison with regulatory authorities.
Overseeing and enforcing risk management policies and limits to close significant gaps in risk management capabilities
Providing an independent view of proposed business plans and transactions and implementing an appropriate risk reporting to the Board Risk Committee.
Formulating and driving a wide range of risk management policies and process upgrades including improved analysis and systems, development of risk rating system and implementing of risk-based pricing models; and
Identify the priority areas of compliance and ensure that these are in line with the operational priorities of the Bank; launch major compliance initiatives to respond to the new compliance challenges and constraints facing the bank;
