The role of the Billing Application Support Administrator is to assist the Billing Administration Manager in the following areas:-
Billing Administration Systems Administration & Support
TAP Files Administration
Bill Run & Bill Printing
Subscriber Profiles Reconciliation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Billing Administration Systems Administration & Support
Administration of the Post-paid Billing System.
Administration of Subscriber Provisioning System
Administration of Electronic Registration System.
TAP Files Administration
Checking the completeness of TAP files collected & distributed
Checking the processing of TAPOUT & TAPIN files
Checking the accuracy of TAP rates
Liaise with clearing house on all issues relating to TAP files
Bill Run & Bill Printing
Verifying the accuracy of data before Bill Run.
Perform Bill Run and posting to financial systems.
Confirming the accuracy of the billed posted amount.
Checking invoice/statement/Itemised bill layout.
Printing and delivering the bills as per their respective channels
Subscriber Profiles Reconciliation
Subscriber Profile Reconciliation between the various billing systems to ensure the subscriber profiles are matching across all systems
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
GSM and Telecommunication Experience
Relational Database Management Systems
1 year experience in Billing Application Systems
